1. What are various trainings that Power Agile provide?Power Agile provides Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) trainings.
  2. What are the pricing models available?We have various pricing models available for our trainings. We have early bird offer for all our trainings and regular pricing will be followed by early bird. Usually the early bird will be available until 2 weeks prior to the training commencement date. We match the best price available in the market. Please refer to our trainings pages for the pricing details and respective tax information.
  3. What are the payment options available?We accept payments through online using credit card. We also expect cheque payment in case credit card is not available for the participants. However, the cheque should be cleared before the starting of the training.
  4. What are the requirements for CSM training?CSM does not have any special requirements or prerequisites to attend the training.
  5. What are the requirements for PMI-ACP training?The participant should have 1500 hours of agile project experience in last 3 to 5 years.
  6. Who should attend the CSM and PMI-ACP training?People who wants to get into Agile based project delivery can attend these trainings. They include: Developers, Testers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, Technical Architects, Technical Leads etc
  7. What are the deliverables of the training?We provide study material hard copy, lunch and two times coffee/tea/snacks, practice tests access and some additional reading material in PDF format as part of the training.
  8. What is the CSM exam format?CSM exam has 60 questions to be completed in one hour. All questions will have objective type. You will get 2 attempts. This is an open book exam so you can give this from anywhere.
  9. What is the PMI-ACP exam format?PMI-ACP is a 3 hours exam with 120 questions. Out of that 20 questions are pre-test questions which do not carry any weightage even you answer them correctly. You have to give the exam in a prometric centre.
  10. Does Power Agile provide private trainings?Yes, we do provide private trainings. However, there are certain prerequisites to conduct private trainings .So please call us to know more details on this directly.
  11. What is the cancellation policy?If you cancel your registration within 3 weeks of the training date, you will get 100% payment back. Less than 3 weeks, you need to forego 50% of the training fee and within 2 weeks of training start date 100% amount will be forfeited.
  12. What is the rescheduling policy?Within 2 weeks of the training start date, you can reschedule to our next upcoming training. However, there may be additional logistics amount to be paid subject to discussion. It will be discussed and agreed up on between the participants and Power Agile team.
  13. Can I transfer my registration to another person?We do not allow the registration done on one name to be transferred to another name. Either you have to go for cancellation or rescheduling depending up on whatever is convenient to you.
  14. Does Power Agile provide payment receipt/invoice?Yes, majority of our payments are through online, so as soon as your payment is done, you will find confirmation page with the payment details. That will be the receipt. However, in case you pay through cheque or you need a special invoice then we will provide the same, but it is case to case basis.
