Why Agile?
We live in a VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) world. One needs to be agile in their ways to deal with this kind of world both professionally and personally. Dealing with VUCA world requires High Emotional Intelligence, Self Awareness, Several Mindset Shifts and Leadership traits.
Our Approach
We follow a wholistic approach. We provide the required knowledge through our ScrumMaster and Leadership Workshops. We periodically do FREE Webinars and Knowledge sharing sessions. These sessions are very engaging and transformative. The workshops would have many interactions with the facilitator as well as other cohorts. We ensure that you are gaining the knowledge through activities and short quizzes.
Once the workshop is completed, you may join few collaboration social groups where you can collaborate with other students to learn, share and have fun. This will you with your agile journey by learning from collective wisdom of the group. Our agile mentors help budding agilists in the groups. You will have someone to reach out when need help!

Our Leadership
PowerAgile is founded in 2008 in Hyderabad, India by Nanda Lankalapalli, a renowned Agilist in India. Nanda has been involved with Product Development since 1992 and worked in various roles like Vice President, Director, Architect, Developer, Agile Coach and Scrum Master. He lived and worked in various counties like USA, India, UAE, Singapore, South Korea, Hong Kong and understands various cultural aspects that affect agility. As a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST), Nanda has conducted hundreds of ScrumMaster workshops (Basic & Advanced) and certified thousands of students. As a Certified Agile Leadership Educator by Scrum Alliance, he offers Agile Leadership Education from Team Leaders to CXO suite through CAL-1 certification programs. As a Leadership coach (ICF-ACC), Nanda offers coaching services to leaders and executives to help them perform at their best in their profession. As a Software Architect, Nanda helps organizations in achieving agility in product development. With his strong technical background, Nanda helps development teams as well as executives in understanding agile way of delivering work.
